Credit Card Purchase Policy

If you have made a purchase using a credit card and later decide not to proceed with the order, you must contact us via email within 3 working days of placing the order to request a cancellation. After this window, the order may already be in processing or production, and cancellation may not be possible without additional charges. If the order has already shipped, our Return & Exchange Policy will apply instead.
