Return and Exchange Policy

At Black Leather Jacket Era, we strive to provide our customers with stylish, high-quality jackets and outerwear. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, arrives damaged, or the fit isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery by contacting our customer service team.

Returns

It is the customer’s responsibility to send back the item for a refund or exchange, and they are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Items must be unworn with all tags attached. Returns of used or damaged products will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 2 working days after the returned item is received and tracking information is shared.

No restocking fees apply.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective, please email us within 3 days of delivery with images.

Size Exchanges

If the size is not as per your order, contact customer service within 3 days of delivery with images of the product. Conditions apply.

Changes to product color or measurements are not possible after 24 hours of order placement.

Order Cancellation

• Cancel within 3 days of order confirmation: 25% deduction applies.
• Cancel within 7 days of order confirmation: 45% deduction applies.
• Orders cannot be canceled after 7 days (if, however, the order has not been shipped yet, we can cancel it with no fee).

Credit card purchases can be canceled within 48 hours of order placement; otherwise, a $10 surcharge applies.

Shipping Delays

If delivery exceeds 29 working days, customers may request a refund.

For express shipments delayed more than 6 working days, we will provide tracking or issue a full refund if dispatch cannot be verified.

Reporting Issues

Always email images and details of any issues as soon as possible to help us resolve the matter quickly.
