Pattern Cutting

Using prepared materials, individual jacket panels are cut according to standardized patterns. Precision in this phase is critical, as it directly impacts the final fit and shape. Every piece is carefully marked and cut to ensure uniformity across all sizes and designs.

Stitching & Assembly

Construction & Stitching

The cut sections are then assembled by experienced craftsmen. Panels are stitched together, sleeves are attached, zippers are installed, and linings are integrated. This stage focuses on building a strong structure while maintaining comfort and wearability.

Detailing & Hardware Installation

Finishing & Component Fitting

After assembly, the jacket moves to the finishing stage where functional and decorative elements are added. This includes attaching buttons, snaps, and other fasteners, along with securing pockets, collars, and cuffs. Seam alignment and overall detailing are also refined during this step.

Quality Inspection

Product Inspection

Each jacket undergoes a detailed inspection before approval. Our checks include:

  • Stitch durability
  • Smooth zipper operation
  • Secure button and hardware attachment
  • Proper lining placement
  • Overall construction quality

Any identified issues are resolved prior to final approval.

Packaging & Dispatch

Packing & Shipping
