At Black Leather Jacket Era, we understand that plans can change and you may need to cancel an order. To maintain a smooth and efficient order handling process, we have outlined a clear order cancellation policy for all purchases.
Cancellation Terms & Applicable Deductions
Before requesting a cancellation, please carefully read the following terms:
Cancellations within 3 days of placing the order will incur a 25% deduction to cover processing, handling, and administrative costs.
Cancellations within 7 days of the order date will be subject to a 45% deduction, due to production processes already underway.
No cancellations are allowed after 7 days from the date of order confirmation, under any circumstances.
- Cancellations are only eligible if the order has not been shipped. Once shipped, our return & exchange policy applies instead.
