You have 30 days from the delivery date to request:

• A size exchange

Conditions for Return

To be accepted, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and undamaged
• Have all tags attached
• Be sent back in original or secure packaging

Items that are used, altered, worn, or damaged are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customer pays return shipping for size change or change of mind.
• If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover all return shipping costs.
• No hidden or restocking fees.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds are issued within 2 working days
• Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout.
• No processing or deduction fees.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery
• Send photos or videos as proof

 We will offer either:

• A free replacement, or
• A full refund

Size Exchange

If the size doesn’t fit:

• Request an exchange within 30 days
• Customer sends back the item
• We send the replacement once we receive the original
• If we sent the wrong size, we cover all costs

Order Cancellation

• Before production or shipping starts → Full refund
• After production or shipping has started → Cancellation may not be possible
• No cancellation or hidden fees.

Shipping Delay

Delivery times may vary by destination.
If your order is delayed:

• Contact us for updated tracking
• If the package is lost or undeliverable, you will receive a full refund
