We currently ship orders to the following countries only:

Delivery Timeframe

• All orders are delivered within 10–12 working days after payment is confirmed.
• If your order has not arrived within 12 working days, please check that your payment was successfully processed or contact our support team for assistance.

In some cases, delays may occur due to payment verification, custom tailoring, or quality inspections. If your order has not arrived within 15 working days, please confirm that your payment has been cleared or contact our support team for assistance.

We offer the following shipping options:

Free Shipping – Transit time: 10–12 working days
Economy Shipping – Transit time: 7–9 working days ($10)
Expedited Shipping – Transit time: 4–6 working days ($20)

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email (usually within one hour). Your order will then move into production and shipment stages. We appreciate your patience during this process.

Delivery Address Requirements

Please provide complete and accurate shipping details, including full name, address, phone number, and email, to ensure smooth delivery.
Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. A valid residential or business address is required.

Missed Delivery

Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will attempt redelivery or notify you. Any additional delivery costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
