• The item is returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The item remains unused, unworn, and undamaged (try-on for size and fit only), with all original tags and packaging included.
• The item arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from its description.

All returns must follow our standard process, and a valid tracking number must be provided once the item is shipped back.

Refund Processing (Time-frame)

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 2–4 business days.
• Refunds are sent to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

• Customized or made-to-order items
• Products not returned in their original condition
