Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation
Canceling within 3 days of your order confirmation will result in a flat 25% deduction from your order amount.
Canceling within 7 days of order confirmation will result in a 45% deduction from the order amount.
No order cancellations are accepted after 7 days of order confirmation.
Exchange Policy
The only acceptable reason for a return or exchange is if the item is in its original condition. The shipping cost to send the item back to our warehouse or production house will be paid by the customer.
