30 Days Easy Return Policy

Restocking Fee

There are no restocking fees for returned items.

• Provide your order number and reason for return or exchange.
• Once approved, our team will share step-by-step instructions to complete the process.

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
• You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.

Order Cancellation

Canceling within 3 days of your order confirmation will result in a flat 25% deduction from your order amount.

Canceling within 7 days of order confirmation will result in a 45% deduction from the order amount.

No order cancellations are accepted after 7 days of order confirmation.

Exchange Policy

The only acceptable reason for a return or exchange is if the item is in its original condition. The shipping cost to send the item back to our warehouse or production house will be paid by the customer.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Return method: We use the return-by-mail method.
• We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
